  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to courier delays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email or WhatsApp (where available) to track your shipment.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

🔄 Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect product or wrong size received.
  • Product is significantly different from the description.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Nail art products after opening
  • Cosmetics and skincare products after opening
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable
  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
